Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Wipe dry with a towel or let air dry.

Charms are installed before shipping but can be swapped anytime using a small screwdriver. Tighten securely after changing charms to keep them in place.

Our collars are designed for comfort and everyday wear — made from waterproof PVC with soft edges that rest gently on your dog’s neck.

DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70 within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $70 use metered rates ($4–$6, based on weight and destination).

Once scanned by the carrier, delivery takes about 3–6 business days depending on location. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your label is created—please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

After shipment, delivery tracking is handled by the carrier. I'm unable to replace lost or stolen packages at this time.

DOMESTIC EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need it fast? We offer USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) for contiguous U.S. orders. Rates range from $7–$14, based on weight and destination. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 3 business days and is handled by USPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination.
