Care & Maintenance

Each charm is hand-finished and sealed with a UV- and scratch-resistant coating to help protect its artwork from daily wear. They’re made to handle regular walks and light rain — but like any accessory, a little care goes a long way.

  • Avoid dropping or scraping charms on rough surfaces like concrete.
  • Keep them out of your dog’s mouth (they’re cute, but not chew toys).
  • Use a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove the back screw.
  • When reattaching, make sure the silicone O-ring faces the front of the leash. It helps keep the charm from rotating and makes the back sit flush for your dog’s comfort.

SIZE & FIT

Each charm measures approximately 0.6". It sits flush within the strap without poking out or irritating your dog’s neck and is designed to fit exclusively on Pooches & Cream leashes and collars.

How much does shipping cost?

DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70 within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $70 use metered rates ($4–$6, based on weight and destination).

Once scanned by the carrier, delivery takes about 3–6 business days depending on location. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your label is created—please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

After shipment, delivery tracking is handled by the carrier. I'm unable to replace lost or stolen packages at this time.


DOMESTIC EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need it fast? We offer USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) for contiguous U.S. orders. Rates range from $7–$14, based on weight and destination. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 3 business days and is handled by USPS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination.
