How much does shipping cost?
DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70 within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $70 use metered rates ($4–$6, based on weight and destination).
Once scanned by the carrier, delivery takes about 3–6 business days depending on location. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your label is created—please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
After shipment, delivery tracking is handled by the carrier. I'm unable to replace lost or stolen packages at this time.
DOMESTIC EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Need it fast? We offer USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) for contiguous U.S. orders. Rates range from $7–$14, based on weight and destination. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 3 business days and is handled by USPS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees once your package reaches its destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included in our shipping rates. Buyers are responsible for any additional costs incurred upon delivery.
International transit times are listed at checkout and depend on the destination.

Pooches & Cream currently offers shipping to the U.S., Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Because each item is handmade to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations may be requested before your order has shipped — just email me as soon as possible, and I’ll confirm if it’s still eligible.
